Insight from Shadowscapes

I have long loved the Shadowscapes Tarot.  It is a very intuitive deck for me and one that just draws me in.  For a long time I did a daily single card pull to gain insight into the day.

I recently purchased a lovely little 4×6 journal so that I could write down in it (woo for journaling on paper in some fashion again), what each day holds and some of my own thoughts regarding the pull.

There is a lot going on right now around me.   My life feels like a torrential storm fairly often.  As we move towards the first Harvest of Lughnasadh many things are coming to fruition ready to be harvested and brought to life.

Today I started pulling my daily card again and the card I pulled?  The Star

As mentioned there are a great many things coming to fruition for decisions made more than 6 months ago in some cases.

The Star, to me, symbolizes the regaining of hope & faith in what the future holds.  It is a good time to quietly go within to find the silence and still that will enable me to move through the torrents around me with serenity and faith.  In ancient times the Stars were used to guide sailors and travelers to their destination.   Like those travelers of old, I will let the Star lead me to the next stage of life with peace and determination of the journey.

Definitely a good card to pull today as so many things evolve and change around me.  Harvest is coming!
